Who I am

I am a Serra Húnter Senior at the Department of Mathematics, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).

My research

My research focuses on dynamical systems, Hamiltonian systems, celestial mechanics, PDEs, and computer-assisted proofs. I am also interested in the use of AI and large language models in mathematical research and learning, both as practical tools and as subjects of methodological and ethical reflection. AI, LLMs, and mathematical research

I am particularly interested in the interplay between computer-assisted proofs, formal proofs, and LLMs. I see this as a promising direction for mathematical research: computer-assisted proofs already provide rigorous numerical and algorithmic validation, formal proofs provide machine-checkable logical certification, and LLMs may help bridge human mathematical reasoning with these computational frameworks.

More broadly, I am interested in the use of AI and large language models in research and learning, especially in mathematics. This includes questions of authorship, plagiarism, research practice, and how generative AI tools can support understanding, writing, exploration, and teaching without replacing mathematical responsibility, precision, or proof.
